Customizer Mori - Thumb Grip "How To..."

As i have been getting a lot of mails and PMs about how i make my "Foam Thumb Grip"...

here's the "How To" make your own~

First, you need the materials:
-Craft Foam (can be bought in Popular, Artfriend, Big Book Shop)
-Thick PVC Clear Sheet (from unwanted PVC boxes, Book Covers, or you can buy at Artfriend)
-Cardboard
-Stationery, Glue, Scissors, Cutting knife, Permanent Marker.

First draw out a rough shape of how you want the "Thumb Grip" to look like on the Cardboard.
*note that the width of the thumb grip must be as long as the "pull bar" on your Bey Launcher.

Cut it out.

Next, trace the Cardboard template of the shape onto the PVC sheet using a permanent marker.
*roughly draw a "5mm slit line" on each side of the "O" gap for stretching allowance later.

Cut those out. (Remember to cut the "slit lines" also)

Next Glue the PVC cut outs onto the Craft Foam using "UHU Foam Glue - UHU Por"

Wait for total dry out (aprx 6 hours) and Cut them out~

*Remember to cut the "slit lines" on the craft foam also, if not your Beylauncher Pull Bar will not fit through.

and you are ready to slip the BeyLauncher Pull Bar through the "O" and glue or double side tape the ends together after bending the Tab.

For that additional "Impact Cushioning", you can use a small spring (from retractable ballpens) and twist it in the string to absorb any return impact that will crack the Pull Bar.

And your own-made foam "Thumb Grip" is complete!

Hope this DIY session is helpful to the "Pull Bar" breaking problem ya~
